Nevada Bob's Golf does not have a formal return policy.  We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. In relation to golf equipment, said equipment cannot show any visual signs of use or wear in order to be considered for return or exchange. If your return is due to some sort of defect or manufacturer error, we are happy to assist you in resolving those issues. We prefer to issue gift cards as value for a return.
